Your responsibilities
- Collect and analyze marketing performance data to uncover trends and insights
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and HubSpot
- Help optimize marketing campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Assist in defining and refining KPIs that truly measure marketing effectiveness
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities
- Contribute to ongoing projects and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Help implement tracking tools for different marketing channels (website, email, social, etc.)

Who you are:
- You’re in the final year of your International Business, Marketing, or related Bachelor’s degree
- You love working with data, but you also have a creative side
- You’re organized, analytical, and not afraid of a bit of Excel magic
- You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and work independently when needed
- You ask questions, seek feedback, and always want to improve
- You speak and write fluent English (Dutch is not required)
