Results of the partnership
A prime example of our successful collaboration is the Be Informed implementation at Brabant Water. Brabant Water is a water utility provider in North Brabant, serving over 2.5 million customers, including households and businesses, in the region.
When Brabant Water sought a new case management system, Be Informed secured the contract by winning a five-day challenge. They solved one of the organization’s most complex problems, demonstrating how their intelligent dynamic case management system helps get from point A to Z faster than any other solution.
Knowit was asked to deliver the implementation phase and worked with Brabant Water to develop the initial solution: a system that supports maintenance crews with administrative tasks, planning, and registrations.
Another solution they implemented for Brabant Water is pivotal in facilitating large-scale infrastructure projects, such as installing new water pipelines. As you can imagine, a robust, fast, and reliable application is crucial. This is precisely what they were able to build utilizing the Be Informed platform.
Beyond these two solutions, they have developed and deployed another solution to manage HR activities. They continue to support Brabant Water in developing and maintaining these applications, showcasing the strength of the Be Informed platform and their expertise in delivering impactful solutions.
